Monitor the pair from M15 Time-Frame before you Enter LONG (BUY). When you see a strong Bullish Candlestick closing above Upper Bollinger Band with Upper/Lower BBANDS Edges turned outwards forming a FUNNEL, Tenkan Sen and Kijun Sen sloping UPWARDS and Chikou Span having crossed above past price action going UP, BUY.

The price wants to move within a RANGE on H4 Time-Frame. So once you enter, you practically leave the trade alone, after placing your SL below the last down Spike on H4 TF and your TP below the Upper BBAND on H4 TF.
