Monitor the pair from H4 Time-Frame and before you SELL make sure Tenkan Sen (ICHIMOKU Red Line) goes DOWN and Chikou Span (ICHIMOKU Green Line) has crossed below past price action going DOWN too.
If price goes up instead, before you BUY make sure Tenkan Sen goes UP, Kijun Sen (Blue Line) ALSO goes UP and Chikou Span has crossed above past price action going UP.

Monitor the pair from H4 Time-Frame. Before you SELL, make sure the following Criteria are ALL met :
1. Price has closed below Kijun Sen
2. Median Bollinger Band goes Down
3. Tenkan Sen goes Down and has crossed BELOW Kijun Sen
4. Kijun Sen slopes Downwards
5. Chikou Span has crossed below past price action going Down
6. Stochastics go Down

Monitor the pair from H4 or even better from H1 Time-Frame. Before you enter SHORT (SELL) make sure Tenkan Sen goes DOWN on H1 TF and Chikou Span has crossed below past price action going DOWN.

Monitor the pair from M15 Time-Frame and WAIT patiently for a valid correction with a bullish candlestick CLOSING above Tenkan Sen. WAIT for the UPWARD MOVE to finish and SELL as soon as a Bearish Candlestick CLOSES below Tenkan Sen with Tenkan Sen going DOWN, Median BBand going DOWN, cHIKOU sPAN BELOW PAST PRICE ACTION GOING STRAIGHT down AND sTOCHASTICS GOING down.
Trail your SL a few pips above Kijun Sen. STAY IN while candlesticks CLOSE below Tenkan Sen. Once you are in Green Zone, gradually switch to M30 and to H1 following the same rules. EXIT when a bullish candlestick CLOSES above Tenkan Sen.

Monitor the pair from M30 Time-Frame. WAIT for the price to finish interacting with the Median Bollinger Band. When a Bearish Candlestick CLOSES below Tenkan Sen (ICHIMOKU Red Line) with Tenkan Sen , Median BBand, Stochastics and Chikou Span (ICHIMOKU Green Line) go straight down, SELL.
As the price goes lower, a new UP Fractal will be formed above Median Bollinger Band. Trail your SL a few pips above it when price will have finished interacting with Median BBand and will be ready to form the next Up Fractal above it. Stay in as Median BBand goes down. If you see Median BBand turning flat, exit.
